Terms of Use

1. Operator and agreement

ClaimReadiness is an independent informational tool. Use the Contact us page for questions about these notices or how your information is handled.

Questions may be submitted using the Contact us page. These Terms govern use of ClaimReadiness and a purchase of one claim-readiness report. Before checkout, you must affirmatively accept the version displayed and linked to you. No box is preselected. A minimal acceptance record, notice version and content hash are attached to the Stripe checkout record. You can save a copy of the notices using your browser for your records. Changes apply prospectively; a purchase remains governed by the version accepted for that purchase.

2. What you are buying

ClaimReadiness uses an AI model to produce an informational review of supplied auto or homeowners policy text, an incident account, and optional images. It can organize questions, identify issues to verify, and suggest evidence to consider. It does not act as your insurer, public adjuster, lawyer, broker, repair professional or medical provider; represent you; negotiate; submit a claim; or decide coverage, fault, liability, repair cost, settlement value or entitlement to payment.

The report is AI-generated and may contain errors, omissions or invented interpretations. Verify material facts, quotations, deadlines and policy requirements against the complete policy and appropriate professionals. OCR and photos may be incomplete or misleading. We do not promise an approved claim, faster resolution, a higher payout, or that every omission or relevant clause will be found. Do not delay notifying your insurer, preserving evidence, seeking emergency assistance or meeting an applicable deadline while using ClaimReadiness.

The tool can review auto and homeowners insurance materials from the US and the EU/EEA. Verify all policy interpretations and applicable local requirements. Do not use the report as a decision about another person's eligibility, rights or access to insurance.

3. Eligibility and material you provide

You must be at least 18 and legally able to contract. This service is not directed to children. You must have a lawful basis to provide any information about someone else and any necessary permissions. Supply accurate information to the best of your knowledge and do not use the service to fabricate evidence, conceal facts, commit fraud, violate rights or obtain professional determinations the service does not provide.

Provide only what is necessary for the insurance claim review. Remove Social Security numbers, payment account data, medical records, unrelated health information and unnecessary personal identifiers. Redact unnecessary names, addresses, signatures, faces and licence plates when possible without obscuring relevant policy wording or evidence. Do not upload highly sensitive records or information you are not authorised to share. A document upload does not grant us permission to publish it or sell it.

4. Processing, ownership and saving your report

You retain rights in your material. You grant only the limited permission needed for browser extraction, temporary service processing and delivery of the requested report using disclosed providers. We do not use your claim content to train a ClaimReadiness model or market to you. Provider processing and retention are described in the Privacy Policy and Data Retention notice; browser processing is not a promise that no provider ever processes or retains data.

There is no claim account, saved-report library or guaranteed recovery. Temporary browser storage supports the checkout redirect and expires as described in Data Retention. Print or save the report before clearing the tab. You may use your report for your own claim preparation, subject to others' rights; AI output may not be unique or eligible for copyright protection.

5. Price, payment and delivery

The total displayed before payment is a one-time price in USD, not a subscription. Stripe hosts checkout and handles payment information. Any legally required taxes and currency-conversion charges must be disclosed before you pay. Do not proceed if the total differs from what you expect. There is no AI report generation until the server verifies the correct completed payment and recorded Terms acceptance.

By accepting and choosing to pay, you request generation to begin promptly after payment. One payment is intended for one delivered report, with limited technical retries for a failed request. No guarantee is made about a particular completion time. An interruption, closed tab or lost browser data may prevent delivery even after payment; contact support with the Stripe receipt and do not pay again for the same failed purchase. No term allows us to charge again merely to investigate a delivery failure.

6. Cancellations, refunds and consumer rights

You may leave before payment. Sales of completed digital reports are final, subject to mandatory consumer rights and any remedies required by applicable law.

You request that report generation begin promptly after payment. For EU/EEA consumers, any loss of a withdrawal right applies only when the conditions of applicable law are met, including any required prior express consent, acknowledgement, confirmation and other applicable requirements. Those conditions differ for digital content and digital services. A general agreement to these terms does not automatically waive rights that the law requires to be expressly acknowledged.

If payment succeeds but the report is not supplied, or the service is defective or does not match its description, contact us with your payment reference. We will provide a remedy or refund where required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund or other consumer rights.

7. Limited release and limits of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you accept the ordinary uncertainty of an informational AI review and release ClaimReadiness and its operator from claims based solely on the report failing to predict an insurer's decision or on choices you independently make after receiving it. This limited release does not excuse a breach of a mandatory duty or the misconduct listed below.

To the extent lawful, ClaimReadiness is not liable for indirect, special or consequential losses, lost profits, or an expected insurance payment that is not recovered. Where a financial cap is lawful and fair, aggregate liability for a claim arising from a report is limited to the amount you paid for that report. These exclusions and this cap apply only where enforceable; they do not remove mandatory consumer remedies or rights under data-protection law.

No release, disclaimer, exclusion or cap applies to fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where responsibility cannot be excluded, or any other liability the law prohibits limiting. EU/EEA and other consumers keep all mandatory rights, including applicable rights to reasonable care, conformity, withdrawal, refund and compensation. If local law requires a broader remedy or makes a clause unfair, that law controls. Nothing requires you to waive a regulator complaint or a legal remedy that cannot be waived.

8. Complaints, applicable law and changes

Use the Contact us page for support and privacy requests. Provide the purchase reference and a short description; do not resend sensitive claim documents unless specifically necessary and requested through an appropriate channel. We comply with applicable statutory response periods.

Applicable conflict-of-law rules determine governing law. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, a foreign forum, or a choice of law that removes non-waivable protections available where you live. You may use a competent court or regulator as the law permits. If a provision is invalid, the remainder applies only to the extent it can fairly stand without it. We may address misuse or security threats, but do not use suspension to avoid a refund or remedy legally owed.
